the following text is from Stephen’s email:
Our plan is to go ahead post a full-page ad. on Friday (22nd) in APPLE DAILY.
We can collect signatories until noon Thurs. (21st). Pls continue to spread the
appeal. BUT PLS ASK YOUR FRIENDS TO SIGN WITH REAL, FULL NAMES.
We cannot print names that are totally fictitious!
There is no external funding for this. I’d ask everyone to donate with what one can, say ~ HK$100-200 per head. Students may contribute less ($50?), accordingly.
I would take on the responsibility to collect all your contributions.
